Un bel pomeriggio nel giardino e nella sala multimediale di Villa Gobbi \u00e8 stato promosso oggi dall&#8217;Associazione Culturale Ardena, con il patrocinio del Comune di Garessio. <img src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t94\/1\/16\/1f49a.png\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I partecipanti hanno potuto comprendere che quelle che siamo soliti chiamare &#8220;erbacce&#8221; sono spesso erbe spontanee dal sapore prelibato da utilizzare in cucina.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" \u00e8 che non tutte le erbe sono uguali, ne esistono di tossiche e anche di velenose, \u00e8 importante imparare a distinguerle per non metterci in situazioni di grave rischio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il sedanino selvatico (\u00c6gopodium podagraria) \u00e8 ottimo per conferire sapore alle nostre pietanze, mentre il ranuncolo (Ranunculus bulbosus) pu\u00f2 dar luogo ad intossicazioni pericolose ed \u00e8 anche estremamente irritante per la pelle. <img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83c\udf3f\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t1e\/1\/16\/1f33f.png\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nel giardino attorno alla villa le specie vegetali spontanee dalle caratteristiche interessanti erano numerosissime! <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude0d\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t2\/1\/16\/1f60d.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83c\udf3f\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t1e\/1\/16\/1f33f.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" seguire, una serie di diapositive sul mondo delle herbarie ha arricchito il pomeriggio di fascino e mistero: chi erano veramente le herbarie, queste streghe sapienti arrivate fino a noi dal remoto passato dell&#8217;umanit\u00e0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce lo siamo chiesti senza pregiudizio ed abbiamo finito col spezzare una lancia a favore delle nostre antiche streghe, per lo pi\u00f9 dedite al bene
